This is a normal ramp rate ted. In fact, Intel wants it to be the fastest it's ever done.

That's why it's called a ramp, not a spigot.

It takes time to convert fabs.

It also takes time to bring new capacity on line.

Did you read the press coverage of Splinter commenting on equipment lead times in Pebble Beach this week, where he was essentially saying, "Speed it up!"?
