Comdisco may continue to rise -- Business Week

NEW YORK, Jan 13 (Reuters) - The shares of technology
services company Comdisco Inc. <CDO.N> have been on the rise
and some on Wall Street think this will continue, according to
a story in the Jan. 24 edition of Business Week.
Michael Grondahl, an analyst at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray,
told the magazine he thinks Comdisco will earn $1.85 a share
this year and rated the stock a strong buy.
Grondahl told the magazine he believes Comdisco is worth 55
a share. The company's board recently approved the creation of
a tracking stock for its Comdisco Ventures unit, which invests
in venture-backed companies, Business Week said.
He said his share price estimate is based on hidden value
he believes is in the Ventures unit and figures Prism
Communications, the company's soon-to-go public Internet access
provider unit, are each worth $2 billion to $3 billion,
Business Week said.
Comdisco Thursday closed up 1/2 to 35-7/16. The company's
52-week high was 40, its low 10-3/4.
