Then I'm stupid too, because this is excellent news.

Evidently, whomever leaked it after 3pm, causing the stock to tank, misinterpreted the release.

Granted, paying 25 mm to have the salvage company haul your unwanted stuff away sounds crazy, but the alternative was to keep carrying the MIC dog that was draining the company 4mm per month PLUS pay MIC over 90mm in cash/stock. Had they had to payout in stock, the dilution would have destroyed the company.

This is absolutely great news, all things considered.
