johnd: Nice post - very interesting the innovation and consumer consideration. Neither one of those concerns has been very high on the DOJ's list of priorities. I think DOJ and Jackson are beginning to wake up and smell the coffee. They have been had by Barksdale and Case et al. and now they are left holding the bag. By the way INTC already trading at 96+ after hrs. JFD
