I agree that this is very ominous. Have they identified a new CEO? If they have, it may well be that the new person would only take the job if the old board members resigned. That would be a real strong candidate since the CEO essentially reports to the board of directors. To have three board members resign for whatever reason is not good no matter how you cut it. We can always hope that there is something good brewing, but my experience tells me that that's most likely not the case.

I've always liked Stillwater, but I sold my stock a couple of weeks ago. If this all sorts itself out, I will be back in after the dust settles. Meantime, I'll watch without losing any sleep.
