They are backed up by TD witch as a US exposure and Nesbit. (Notice that Yorton is out of the picture.) What is 38 millions share + another 4= 42 compare to UBS or WWW with 90 This PR is a vote of confidence orchestrated to lead MCF to the US market to make an acquisition of $100 millions.
