"I like AMAT and I think this is a good acquisition for them. So I sold my AMAT at 124 to pick up ETEC at 74.5. In my IRA, so no tax consequences. Assuming that the deal goes through (a risk) I'll at least be a little better off than if I'd just held the AMAT. We shall see."
