I wasn't commenting on whether he said making new highs is a prerequisite to a call for an intermediate correction or bear market. (Although I also heard him say that several months ago). Simply that he said he cannot distinguish between a Bear and an intermediate term correction until the fall is underway. Did anyone else hear him say that, or should I be in a rubber room?<G>
