Richard I also made the point of a small float, as you did. As for "illegal insider trading," you're right. It never happens. Particularly on the NASDAQ. C'mon Richard. There are at least 5 tech stocks that started to plunge 2 to 3 days before they announced disappointing earnings. However, I agree the situation with RSYS has other explanations. Burt
