okay, here's a download site for startup manager2.0 for win95. pcworld.com i personally use this program and give it high marks. easy to install and setup and use. and it caused no conflicts with my system. when it's installed you'll be able to uncheck aol instant messneger just like win98 let's ya do. good luck, :) mark
