Please correct me if I am wrong, BUT how can this company (FASH) be selling for less than 7 dollars a share? IF, they have 42 million dollars in cash and only 7,5 million shares outstanding, then the current valuation at today's close is roughly 35 million dollars(4.75$ x 7.5 million shares) ....so FASH is selling for LESS than the cash it has in the bank? And you get the business for FREE? Seems ridiculous to me......anyone?
