How about Churchill Falls for example. We sell energy to Quebec at the equivalent of about $1.00/barrel if it were oil. Quebec sells it to the USA for the going market price. Now that is extortionate. I don't think anybody wants development at any expense any more. If you don't do it right, don't do it. Cheers to you too. ;) Ray
