VCD is a conservative 15mm chips this year. Can we assume 30mm for next year (1998)?
Now assume Cube only has 60% market share next year. 30mm * .60 = 18mm chips, Take a stab at ASP's next year $13? $13 * 15mm = $234mm"

Any such forecast without count ESST in is dangerous to say the least.

How about 60% of 1997 and 80% of 1998 goes to ESS's VCD chip instead?
