My Samsung voice activated clam shell is also screwing up with poor quality judged by people whom I talk to you and you can not call in. Sprint says "its the network, not the phone." They are sold out of that model and are going to take 48 hrs to test the network. FWIW, the local New Orlenas suburbs's store has no Samsung, little thin phones, no accessories for either but all the Nokias and Startac's you want. All employees have thin phones on their belts. Voop
