I am kinda interest rate, bond, etc. stupid and I don't get it. So many stocks were down in 99 and the ones that are running fast like QCOM are debt free, don't borrow money, if they need it they just come to the market. Mo shares, Mo Shares, Mo shares. Sitting Here Just Wondering What Gives? GO Big "Q" :-) dealer
