You're right about some, but not all imo. I've followed and watched a few of these guys since Ashton and caught some with their pants down. Those I watch and know when there's a pump&dump.
WP? I'm surprised. been following him lots on SH and for the life of me can't understand why he would waste his time there with all the dd and anlysis he and others have laid out on wsp. That thread is prety well a private party and sure as hell wouldn't convince anyone on a purchase nor a sell.

As far as SEC rules and reporting, well as far as I'm concerned, nothin ever happens there unless it goes to court. Ever try and report a co.'s activities? Christ, it took a bre-x to open the books.
Na, WSP is going to make us money and it will be slow and painfully long. In the mean time, RT and the boys will be very well paid, their associated supply co's will reap much profits, the pp boys will get their money back + + and we investors will get the remains, when Rt feels like it.
If, as someone, said RT is not into opening mines, then this play could take longer that I might want to wait.
I beleive Will is a reporter, sells a newsletter or something along those lines. Self employed or not, his reputation is at risk if he is what you think he is, he's dead eventually. I don't think he would risk it.
