Steve....Hope you like PAAS without the Dukat project, And all the capital poured into it. Further, better hope they don't sink that 25 mil into a new plant, because that will be history too. The project is already gone, investors (including Bill Gates) just don't know it yet. Capital goes into Russian mining but it doesn't come out. Say it isn't true, but just wait and see. Don't kill the messenger!
