Thanks for the thoughtful response, especially after "dropping" your missive of a few days ago. I appreciate your comments.

Your rationale on the Cricket cost structure now makes sense to me. The concentration of local service in places like nashville and denver, and yes, the $29.95/month is prepaid. I don't think there is any "billing" or back office paper-shuffling involved. If customers don't prepay their bill (by credit card, automatic bank debit), then the service is shut off. No late payment or cancellation notices. Clearly this is a fantastic business model, at least in my estimation. No bad debt, not relying upon people to mail in checks to keep the service going.

In any event, I am sorry to have missed this year's shareholder meeting. But then again, I just became a shareholder last week, and I am quite excited about this company and intend to follow its every leap :) I'm eager for nashville to light up, that should be a great market.
