I think your wrong:

Doesn't that mean they will not have to pay more than $13.67 a share even if it is trading at $100? And if its trading at $10 they get the shares at $7.50? The company probably won't last long enough fot them to get any interest anyway. I would convert and sell (or short at $20) and take 70% in days rather than take 7% over 10 years.
