Excuse me? I'm quoting from the PR regarding the SEC filing: the price will be between $3 and $13.67. I was the one who said it could not be below $3, YOU claimed they could convert below there. FURTHER, the $3 is AFTER the 25% discount. You are a POOR loser, literally.
