Webb, I have had some trouble marking TC2000 files for scanning and merging. The problems boil down to two (for me):
1. Data files in the TC2000 DATA directory with zero length (deleted files that TC2000 has not removed from the database). Use Windows95 Explorer to locate these files and delete them -- TC2000 doesn't need them any more either. (short cut - sort on length column with shortest lengths at top).
2. WOW not properly clearing "mark" buffer before scan/merge. Click "clear all marks" (or something like that) a couple of times before clicking "mark all." That usually works.
