Neo, that is just the liberal propaganda of what "white culture" is supposed to be. To be white means the exact same thing as to be black, latino, asian, or indian.

It means that you will tell anybody who asks that you are damn proud to be who God made you, and that you don't owe them a damn thing for it.

It is only Caucasions who are chastised for saying "I'm proud to be white!" - and it is morally wrong to do this to proud white people.
