I neglected to add the <ggggg> to that last post<gggg> Actually though I don't see this as great. If MCF believes as the rest of the shareholders that MCF's shareprice is destined for $20.00+ then why issue 4 million shares at $9.00ish? So assuming the devient personalities that generally like greasing their own pockests also extend to MCF for a moment.....If one "really wanted to ensure cheap options", one would issue a very unpopular placement during the 20 trading day period, and likely reap the benefits of either a further suppressed shareprice or at a minimum a stable shareprice.
