I spoke with the company yesterday and all seemed well, although I sensed a little frustration with the time it is taking for the SEC to complete its review of the documentation filed by GTCI quite some time ago; I learned that GTCI had successful dealings in Europe this week-I didn't know that the company was even negotiating deals over there...My expectation is that we will see some really good news soon (unless the company has to file a Form 8 to supplement its Form 10, in which case there will be an additional 4-6 week delay in getting the "e" listing removed; should this happen, the company can go forward and release all the details of their revenue generating contracts with the 'e' listing still in place. It makes sense, however, to get the "e" removed first before launching with the good news)..in any event, the block trade right at the end IS puzzling-could be any number of things, hopefully nothing really bad...good luck with this one-I am heavy and long on it...Mike
