JHN, I think you are right on regarding the EU culture and vendor driven versus operator driven. Regarding new spectrum, one would think there is enough knowledge out there regarding cdma2000 and the significant disadvantage EU operators would be at if an existing or new entrant adopted cdma2000 in Europe. How about a bunch of USA investors go to EU and bid on new spectrum to launch cdma2000? sounds crazy, but someone needs to do it. FWIT Thanks Web.
