The only "thing" is the price of the stock. Sorry, I got caught up in the moment. While it is not fair to blame Jim, they should have been able to penetrate more of the mix-and-match market. They had the data and the visibility to accomplish the task and fell short in the past. I think Art could have provided better leadership in that area had he not been taking care of other important tasks. Finally, no one is as dynamic a person as Art so when Jim took the helm, there might have been a slight let down in morale just due to the personalities of the two of them. Art has spent time recently re-energizing the home office(so I have been led to believe) and re-vitalizing the workforce. Those that know Art know he is a force to be reckoned with. I would follow him "into Battle" and I haven't seen him in months. He has that type of long lasting effect. He epitomizes the word SUCCESS. Have no Fear, Art is here!!!! Sorry, but this stock is my Achilles heel. I am deaf, dumb, blind and completely biased. Therefore, I present facts but also ramble on. Andrew
