Strategic Partnership With Brazil's AEROMOT Group
BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Victor L. Ziller, President & CEO of Platforms
International Corporation Do Brazil, a subsidiary of Platforms International Corporation, U.S.A. (OTC
Bulletin Board: PLFM - news), announces today that contract negotiations with Brazil's AEROMOT
Group had concluded successfully.
Platforms and The AEROMOT Group have entered into a formal Strategic Partnership Agreement,
under which The AEROMOT Group has agreed to become Platforms' prime contractor for aviation
operations in Brazil. The AEROMOT Group has agreed to provide aviation operations support services
for Airborne Relay Communications ''ARC'' System customers, including: (i) Aircraft location,
acquisition, and negotiation management services; (ii) Flight operations planning and management
services; (iii) Aircraft testing and maintenance services; (iv) Pilot recruitment, training, and
management services; (v) Deployment and management of flight operations depot stations.
''The Agreement with The AEROMOT Group,'' stated Mr. Ziller, ''is a significant accomplishment for
Platforms International Corporation. Our Strategic Partnership with The AEROMOT Group brings to
the ARC System field of operations the extensive resources and capabilities of an influential Brazilian
partner, establishing a strategic foundation for the development of a Platforms, Brazilian-based aviation
operations center.''
Platforms is presently in the final stages of negotiations with one of the premier telecommunications
service providers in Brazil, for the lease/purchase of multiple ARC System installations.
