Dear RDJ, My work shows STAR to be a real buy at this point EXCEPT technicial analysis suggests NOT to buy as yet - BECAUSE (1) %D has NOT crossed %K in the oversold stochastics model (2) RSI is still dropping and should move up to 50 before a BUY signal (3) the two moving averages have not crossed (MACD), 4. etc.etc. HOWEVER, my model to buy is entirely fundemental. Once I get a BUY signal in my model, then I BUY (or scale in) based from there - entirely on technical analysis. So as above, BUY - but not yet! My fundemental model is based upon a 4-year horizon, and my model predicts a 4-year price of about $35. It's based upon (1) PRICE/Sales (2)PRICE/Earnings (3) PRICE/Cash Flow (4) PRICE/Book and (5) projected prices ranges. These projections are then projected by the "multiples" - all of which I conservatively construct. If you want a copy of my spreadsheet model on Lone Star - let me know.
