Desert Springs Acquisition Corp. Announces Name Change to iDial Networks Inc.
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2000--Mark T. Wood, President of Desert Springs Acquisition Corp. (OTCBB:DSAC - news), Thursday announced that the Company has changed its name to iDial Network Inc. pursuant to a previously announced Plan of Reorganization and Acquisition.

The NASD has informed the Company that upon the opening of business on January 14, 2000, that the Company's stock will trade on the OTCBB under the symbol ''IDNW.''

As a result of this Plan of Reorganization and Acquisition, the firm will operate within the VolP market which includes Net2Phone (NASDAQ:NTOP - news), Delta Three (NASDAQ:DDDC - news) and Gric Communications (NASDAQ:GRIC - news). Operating as iDial Networks Inc., the company will provide voice and data solutions capitalizing on the efficiencies of the Internet. The Company provides enhanced products and services to individuals and commercial customers domestically and internationally through the advanced functionality of its global network.

In addition to its Dallas headquarters, the company has offices in Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; Colombo, Sri Lanka, and Paris, France.
