Yes I think BALLMER is up to the task. He seems to be a very big and strong guy, probably more capable of handling the DOJ thing than Gates. Gates probably got tired of worrying about the government and with his money he can hire someone to do the worrying for him. Longterm holders may have to weather a storm, but I just don't have that kind of patience and have found a better way to make money in the stock market that works for me. Have a nice day
