I spoke to Mr.Hinton last night and although we talked for about fifteen min.it was hard for me to keep up with him writing things down.He is very excited about the coming months and was very sincere and cordial.I said the main reason for my call was to discuss the possibility of a reverse split,I mentioned I was concerned because of the float,he assured me he would not consider a r/s for various reasons in the forseeable future ,and then it would probably take a vote anyway.Upcoming events-- a video program on the internet presented by Mr. Hinton to keep shareholders informed,a profile of officer's,message board for investors/shareholders.as for bashers he's pretty cool headed,saying everyone has thier opinion.He reads the raging bull and SI as often as possible.Mr.Hinton gave me permission to post this,and also asked shareholders to be patient.Thats about all,just a nice conversation with a CEO who seems sincere and caring about the shareholders,and the future of the company.
