a few items to consider.......

1st....... when did the company file. It's reportedly taking 60-90 days to review the fiancials that have been submitted. And even longer if there are questions.

2nd......... regardless if the company has submitted financials or not, in 30 days they will hit the pinks. Unless, they submitted the necessary information to the SEC more than a few months ago.

If the company really did submit said fiancials, then they should have no problem in disclosing this information over the phone including the date of such submittal if a shareholder were to call.

Edgar's has electronic filing now, so when company submits paperwork to Edgar's it's immediately posted. I don't know if this is true or not for the first submittal since it needs to be reviewed and approved by the SEC.
