Gary and Mr. Fun - Just an observation of mine. Motley Fool seems to make a habit out of criticizing companies in a down cycle. I remember they did the same thing to Bay a few years back. Their criticism seems to be a short term criticism. They are like a lot of other analysts who don't have a very good idea of the long term prospects of a company. The short term change in Lucent's prospects has not changed the long term prospects for the company which are very positive.
