Kain - On a reverse split all stock must be reversed split the same, regardless if the stock is authorized -issued or unissued. They may be doing the reverse split to bring the price up for Nasdaq Listing purposes and then go to the board and ask for more issues to be authorized for expansion purposes. We will need to find out more on the proxy. :) BellBoy
