Lots of companies like AT&T and ATHm are going to issue tracking stocks to "unlock value for shareholders". Maybe AOL is going to do a tracking stock based on their most innovative piece of business? Wireless? Broadband? AOLTV? One thing about Case, he's always months and years ahead of what anyone else is thinking plus he can execute a strategy.
