Am I missing something here? Check out the following link: techweb.cmp.com 1. SVGI is looking to make an acquisition 2. One that will supplement their current core businesses 3. They are seriously capacity constrained in their litho division (like 60 micrascans on back order) 4. SVGI currently offers a grand total of two models of steppers, both at the very high end 5. UTEK may be the only company even cheaper than SVGI itself 6. Both UTEK and SVGI are facing much larger competitors in the lithography business Wouldn't the logical move be for SVGI to buy out UTEK?? -Ritz
