If you can make money on it, then you're more nimble than me.

I read Greenspan's speech yesterday. Then, I read it again, slowly. He is clearly saying that interest rates will go up as long as:

1. stocks go up (at a rate greater than profit growth)
2. consumption goes up (at a rate greater than wages)

Any bond rally will be short-term. How can you tell (ahead of time) when it ends?
