conceptually i agree 110 %.

except :
-a bear being heard ? when was the last time ? they get shouted down every time
-all pe multiples are exploding. someone noted three good companies but presented a chart showing expansion of pe's on them, 2 were ge and xom, i forget the third. if these can have (bloated to us) pe's in the thirties and fourties, then certainly the rewkeyser boys will say intc is still cheap
-the bgr's of the world are still buying index funds and intc is a big hitter there.
-the rationales out there for rising prices are getting sillier, not just here but across the board, if the bulls ignore what is nearly a 2 % increase in the long bond from its bottom in the summer of 1998, what do we expect them to do when some thinking is involved.

having said all that , conceptually i agree its certainly prudent to buy poots after a big run-up, so :

ooc (out of curiousity) which months and strikes for the last third ?

thanks ...
