This net button thing has me confused. It sounds like a great concept, but I'm just thinking about all the times I have had to dial up a customer service rep regarding an ecommerce sale. What usually happens? Nine out of ten times they put you on hold for an incredibly long period of time. With this net button will they put you on some kind of stand by if they don't have enough reps to cover -how would that work?
