Hi Keith,
Just got off the phone with Jim Graham. As usual, he couldn't mention specific information that wasn't public yet, but I got the feeling that it wouldn't be too long before we all have some idea of what's been happening behind the scenes.
Enviromation is progressing well (dotting the i's and crossing the t's) and should be announced shortly. The roadshow is coming up and there are a few pieces of news which should be announced first. As other posters have mentioned, I'd expect the name change to be announced first from a confusion point of view. They are doing some final checks to ensure that the name they've chosen isn't already being used by someone else.
Medsite doesn't provide additional information to Jordex, so Jim really didn't have any additional info on that front. I believe he said that we know as much as they do.
He seemed really positive regarding Bizfon and Horizon. He kind of likened them to the initial news from Medsite. The market didn't react right away, instead it reacted more as Medsite itself released a stream of news. I'd expect the same from Bizfon and Horizon. When either of these companies start to release a stream of news regarding new contracts, customers, etc., that's when I think the market will take more notice.
When queried, he also mentioned that they are always on the lookout for new partnerships to increase deal flow, especially if a new partner were to have expertise in an area that would fit in nicely with their plans.
Conclusions that I've drawn from the conversation: - things are progressing nicely for the company....(ie. they continue to "line up their ducks") - roadshow is coming and news will be released first. In the very least I expect a name change and Enviromation closing. I hope that they have an additional deal to announce that will get the market all excited to go along with the name change. - they are out to really grow this company based on fundamentals and not out for a quick buck with a pump and dump. - if we want better liquidity on the stock, we'd better convince K.M. to begin buying back in. :)
Have a good weekend everyone, Rob |
