Patricia, In response to "but I'm just thinking about all the times I have had to dial up a customer service rep regarding an ecommerce sale. What usually happens? Nine out of ten times they put you on hold for an incredibly long period of time. With this net button will they put you on some kind of stand by if they don't have enough reps to cover -how would that work?" Think about this:

1. You don't have to dial, just click the button.
2. You don't have to disconnect from the internet to make the call.
3. While you wait for a rep, you can still surf around on the internet.
4. You don't have to pay for the phone call. (Some companies don't have 1-800)
5. The company with the website with the button on the recieving end of your call gets a cheaper rate with this set up as opposed to having a 1-800 number.
That's about all I can think of for now.

Steve
