Markets are not efficient obviously and that is what gives us a chance to make a buck.. As for TERN, I think their announcement with i-cable and high speed internet in HK is what is giving them a buzz last couple of days... HK is a huge market and this is an important win.. I do think CMTO will have to show some big wins like that to break out of this 20+ range that we are stuck in....
