Thanks Sean, we needed that. Could you give us an idea of what fraction of Tencor's products may be considered 'back-end' vs 'every-end' (I like this term)? More to the point, when building a new fab (or re-tooling an old for manufacturing of more advanced semis) what is the "usual" order if any in which different types of equipment is purchased? Finally, and if you don't mind, is your semi fab involved in making memory, logic or some other kind of chip?
