Heads up - SCI A little MOMO and in at .70 today for at least an overnight hold. It is a new VCP with some impressive directors (see Nov23 news) On Dec 1/99 they announced they had a company to takeover and said "The exclusivity agreement precludes Targetco and its shareholders from negotiating with any other potential financiers or acquirers until Jan. 15, 2000" Jan. 15 is this Saturday. I called the company and they said not to worry the deal is just fine and to expect an announcement very soon. I got it from a friend that a tech. deal has been done but this is just a rumor (can't verify). However looking over the directors history I would think a tech. deal would be the most likely since all of their pasts involve tech. and the internet. Best Regards KEITH
