Lots of People that use the internet have only one phone, probably millions. As for how do they put you on hold, they put you on hold the same way they would put you on hold if you called from a phone booth. But besides all this, what's important is the savings the company makes that puts the e-button on their website. But what companies and how many(if any) have actually puchased e-buttons. Let's say Dell decides to have e-buttons at their site. Anyway as has been said this internet telephon is still in the infancy stages, but boy there is a lot of potential.
