GREAT....... hopefully they won't be in the pinks too long. Their submittal will not delay their delisting which will occur in 30 days. It is my understanding that it's taking the SEC 60-90 days to review a submitted Form 10 at this time. Often times there are questions and requests for further clarification and therefore this can take longer. But the fact that they submitted the Form is DEFINITELY a step in the right direction!!!!
