Tom, Here is a good link and jumping off point for everything "cellular". While its primary persuasion is GSM it has good information, articles, and links to the "other" technologies and its a great place to get reviews and data sheets on the latest mobiles (handsets, handhelds, other). cellular.co.za Here is a classic link for GSM overview and if you dig around on this University of Waterloo (Gates favorite recruiting ground) site you'll find some neat stuff that gets into "technical detail ... not just marketing fluff".
