ZSUN IS FULLY REPORTING, according to the man from SEC,... I just talked to... He said that, while Companies may continue to file Amendments to the original 10SB filing, it becomes REPORTING for all intent and purposes 60 DAYS after the original FILING took place, no matter what!!... As a result, ZSUN is required to file 10Q's and 10K's at the appropriate intervals... He also said that a time eventually comes when there are no further comments, so I can clearly see ZSUN on the AMEX before the end of January... JMHO, F. Goelo + + +
