I was thinking the same thing. Waterhouse wouldn't let me log in this the afernoon. Luckily I got my LARS order in the a.m for $12.00 a trade - otherwise its a min of $30 on the touchtone. I can trade using the internet($12 flat rate), the touchtone phone ($30+ I think), or broker ($45+). However when I've had problems and called the broker direct and explained my problem they give me the internet prices anyway. The on-line service is a dog! I tried Datek's free trial a few months back -but that was just as bad. Good Luck!
