Comments on ---> Larry Speaks
First, Larry speaks, "...we have continued to grow our revenues through adding new clients and showing our clients new and innovative ways of using e-messaging".
This does not sound like an earnings warning to me. In fact some companies are touting record 4Q earnings #reply-12578632. I expect Messagemedia to deliver as well.
Second, Larry speaks, "...the success of these companies will be driven by their ability to deliver the best total solution."
This suggests we are going to see attrition among bulk emailers and I concur #reply-12260244, so bet your money wisely!
Last, Larry speaks, "...Customer relationship management is the sum that is greater than the parts of communications, marketing, customer service and customer intelligence. And only MessageMedia delivers all these capabilities in an integrated suite of services and products".
Sorry Larry, but I don't know what in hell you are talking about. I've complained about this before #reply-11716123, but to no avail. What Larry needs to do, is get past the techno-geek talk and put it in terms a layman can understand, otherwise, he is going to blow the Conference Call again as I have predicted #reply-12420838.
Here is a suggestion. Yo! Larry, announce the average number of emails Messagemedia sends in a day. It will blow some of the other companies folks like to hype (and which I'm tied of hearing about), like Net Creations 5 million names #reply-12578485 or Yesmail's 4 million addresses #reply-12578714, out of the water!
Now that is something I can understand! So how about it Larry, are you going to deliver the goods or are you going to fail me again? I'll make it easier for you. Look at it this way, the number will be obsolete a week after you announce it anyway, so you won't be disclosing any secrets.
